Sedena mantiene labores de rescate en Venezuela; ya recuperó 38 cuerpos y salvó dos vidas

Brigadier General Alejandro Gómez, commander of the Yumare Group of the Mexican Ministry of National Defense, reported that the Mexican contingent continues search and rescue operations in Venezuela following the earthquakes that have left more than 1,700 people dead. To date, the group has recovered 38 bodies, rescued two people alive, and provided more than 500 medical consultations. The military commander explained that one of the most complex operations is taking place in a seven-story building where a children's party was reportedly being held at the time of the collapse. According to family members and neighbors, approximately 20 children remain trapped under the rubble, and specialized teams are working from different angles to try to locate them.
