I invite you to Saturday's "Healthy Spine" workout. This is our first live YouTube session this year – you can't miss it! You can do all the exercises at home, no additional equipment needed – all you need is a little space and an exercise mat :) It's cold and gray outside, and fitness clubs are closed – our activity has decreased, and our desire to move has diminished. And that's completely normal – I'd be even happier if you joined me! We're in for a pleasant, calm workout full of exercises that will help you strengthen your body, improve its mobility, and loosen those parts that are overly tense. This "Healthy Spine" class combines exercises from classes like Pilates, yoga, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises. It includes everything that's good for your back. There's something for both beginners and more advanced users :) Regardless of your age or physical condition, this workout is sure to make you feel better. It'll be effective and fun!
