Le cake au citron frais et moelleux

Today I'd like to introduce you to a simple but highly effective dessert. It's based on Pierre Hermé's recipe, which I've modified slightly by removing a little sugar, adding poppy seeds and making sure it tastes more lemony. The glaze remains optional, but it adds a real plus for those who like lemon, a more tangy side!!!!
