"I'm spleeping over tonight - Kazakhstan" / For this 64th episode of JDCV, Antoine heads for Kazakhstan. The country is 5 times the size of France and its highest peaks reach 7,000 meters. The traveler lands in Nour-Soultan, the capital, resolutely modern to his astonishment. Here he meets Toleubek, a young drama teacher who welcomes him into his home. Then he heads for the southern mountains, where he stumbles upon a bouzkachi, the national sport. Riders fight over a goat carcass. It's quite physical and even violent. In the town of Shymkent, he is invited to a traditional birthday party. The globe-squatter set off again, ending up in a small village on the steppe. It's here that he gets the blues, realizing that the world has really changed since he started traveling.
