Roly-Poly Santa Cookies

If you do decide to use the normal liquid red food coloring, it will take quite a bit to achieve a deep Christmas red color. If I were to make these again, I would make his boots black by coloring a bit of the dough black. The following are the dough ball sizes you will need to make one cookie.
