She unexpectedly saw a mother cat on a fifth-floor balcony, holding a kitten in her mouth as if asking for help. She quickly knocked on the door, but no one was home, so she first used a long wooden board to pass food over to them. Later, she contacted the owner through the property management and learned that the owner was away on a business trip and couldn’t return for the time being. That evening, the owner asked a friend to bring over the key. When she opened the door, she found the home in a complete mess, with all the food and water gone.
