Spring employment law update
Recorded on 28 March 2023. As we move deeper into 2023, our update will explore the most important developments of the past six months, focusing on the practical implications for employers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers. We'll also look ahead to what the rest of this year is likely to have in store for us on the employment front. Topics we plan to cover include recent case law on settlement agreements and without prejudice negotiations. We'll also summarise the Government’s plans to re-shape the working conditions of non-salaried workers, including adjusting their holiday pay entitlement and giving them a greater say over how their working hours are allocated. We will also comment on some of the proposed legal changes currently playing out in public debate.
