A country that works for everyone – that's the slogan at Theresa May's first Conservative party conference as Prime Minister. The phrase is plastered absolutely everywhere over the conference centre in Birmingham. But is it actually true? I went along to the 2016 conference to see what Tories thought before heading to one of the city's poorest areas to see if the country is really working for the people who live there.
