What began with just Michael and a used desk grew over eight years to a $50 million company that eventually employed more than 1,500 people in 18 offices throughout the United States. Michael has personally hired more than 2,000 people and has interviewed tens of thousands. From this vantage point in the hiring process he has gleaned unique insight regarding who gets hired and why - and his findings may surprise you.
