Atlanta Repo Mission: Nothing Went According to Plan

What started as a simple trip quickly turned into one of the most unexpected adventures we've had in a long time! In this episode of Living Life by the Mile, we kick things off with a situation every truck driver dreads. After stopping at Love's Truck Stop for a shower, we managed to lock ourselves out of the truck with the keys still inside! Luckily, a locksmith came to the rescue, but that was only the beginning of the chaos. Then comes the big announcement we've been waiting to share with all of you... WE OFFICIALLY BOUGHT OUR TRUCK! After years on the road as a team, we're excited to take the next step in our journey, and we can't wait to show you what the future holds for Living Life by the Mile. Not long after celebrating the purchase, ES reached out and asked us to help repo a couple of trucks. Our first assignment would take us to Georgia, so we loaded up and headed south. Along the way, we stopped at Walmart to grab some supplies, blankets, and pillows so we'd be ready to spend nights on the road during the recovery process. Once we arrived near Atlanta late that evening, things got confusing fast. The address we were given turned out to be wrong, sending us on a wild goose chase trying to locate the truck. After doing some digging and research, we finally tracked down the correct location. But there was another problem. The truck we were looking for was supposed to be a box truck... or so we thought. After searching everywhere, we discovered the vehicle was actually a Peterbilt tractor! Nobody had mentioned that little detail, and it completely changed what we were looking for. After a long day of driving and searching, we decided to stay overnight on the property and pick things back up the next morning. The next day started with a trip to Atlanta Airport to return our rental car. After dropping it off, we grabbed an Uber back to the repo truck and began the long journey toward South Haven. Just when we thought things were finally going smoothly, we got pulled into a weigh station for an inspection. During the inspection, DOT found a crack in one of the wheels on the repo truck. That meant another unexpected delay as we headed to Love's to get repairs completed before we could continue. This video has everything—truck ownership, repo work, unexpected setbacks, weigh station inspections, roadside repairs, and plenty of real-life trucking moments. It's another reminder that life on the road rarely goes according to plan, but that's what makes the journey worth watching. If you enjoy trucking vlogs, owner-operator life, truck recovery jobs, repo adventures, DOT inspections, roadside repairs, and behind-the-scenes trucking content, you're in the right place.   / wyattscustomteesandthings   👍 LIKE 💬 COMMENT 📢 SHARE 🔔 SUBSCRIBE Thanks for riding along with us as we continue Living Life by the Mile! #TruckingLife #RepoTruck #TruckRepo #OwnerOperator #LivingLifeByTheMile #AtlantaGeorgia #Peterbilt #DOTInspection #WeighStation #TruckingVlog #LifeOnTheRoad #ExpediteTrucking #TeamDrivers #LoveTruckStop #TruckRecovery #RoadLife #CDLLife #TruckDrivers #OwnerOperatorLife #GeorgiaRepo #TruckingAdventure #TruckMaintenance #SouthHaven #RepoMen #Transportation
