NRA atrocities: Museveni should be indicted by ICC - Otuunu
UPC President Olara Otunnu says President Museveni should be indicted by the International Criminal Court for the atrocities the NRA committed in northern Uganda. Otunnu's comments come on the heels of the recent acknowledgement by the President that the army committed atrocities in northern Uganda at the peak of insurgencies that emerged after 1986. Otunnu who hails from the Acholi sub-region, which was at the epicenter of armed insurrection against Museveni's government, says as Commander-in-Chief, Museveni cannot escape culpability. However army publicist Lt Col Paddy Ankunda scoffed at Otunnu. For more news visit http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug Follow us on Twitter / ntvuganda Like our FaceBook page / ntvuganda
