40 Min One Dumbbell HIIT Workout | No Repeat
SINGLE DUMBBELL HIIT - Strengthen and tone your entire body with this killer no repeats HIIT workout that only uses a single dumbbell!! This workout is packed full of one dumbbell exercises that promise to get the heart pumping to help you burn fat and calories fast! You'll need one light to moderately heavy dumbbell to complete this workout. I used 1 x 5kg dumbbell but you could use something lighter or depending on your fitness and strength level. There are 3 circuits to work through. Circuit 1 & 2 are HIIT & circuit 3 is all Abs. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds work/15 secs rest.
