Breakfast was made with bread purchased from Epi de ble, a popular bakery in Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture. I revisited because I had previously bought bread there and enjoyed it. This shop specializes in French and German breads, using homemade natural yeast and carefully selected flour. They offer a wide variety of breads, including savory and sweet pastries. A luxurious morning moment, soothed by the aroma and delicious taste of freshly baked bread. They also sell vegan and brown rice bread.
