I Tried Making My Own Cider| Ciderman #001

Every great cider starts somewhere… this is where mine starts. Welcome to Ciderman. My goal is simple: start with absolutely no commercial cider-making experience and, one day, build my own cidery. This is Batch #001. In this episode I’m making my very first batch of cider using organic store-bought apple juice. It might turn out brilliant, it might turn into expensive vinegar—but either way, you’ll see the whole process. I’m learning as I go, making mistakes, having a laugh, and documenting everything from the first batch all the way (hopefully) to opening a real cidery.
