The Grokholsky-Tereshchenko estate is a beautiful estate in the neo-Gothic style, located in the village of Chervone, Zhytomyr region. The palace was built in 1851 by the Polish magnate Adolf Grokholsky. Later, under certain circumstances, the estate was bought by the industrialist Mykola Tereshchenko.
