Scudo Campervan: Minor damage, major issues with Insurance and Approved Repairer

2006 Fiat Scudo Combi Custom Campervan, which is a real life line to me! It was vandalised on Sunday 8 April 2018, which was horrible. The rest of that week I seem to have spent most of every day dealing with eight of the nine different organisations involved as a result. Some of them very helpful, some of them far from helpful and at times really quite unpleasant. I have skipped over the most upsetting incidents of appalling "customer service" in this video as I am all ranted-out already! Corrections: 1. The vehicle was registered on 1 Jan 2007, so the customisation was in 2007, not 2006. 2. Sometimes I refer to "Auto Windshields" when I should have said "Auto Windscreens".
