Rebuilding Our £100K BMW Race Car…

This isn’t a normal BMW M2… this is a genuine BMW M2 CS Racing — a factory-built race car by BMW Motorsport. In this video, we begin preparing this F87 M2 CS Racing for its first race in the 750 Motor Club (Club Enduro) championship. That starts with stripping the rear of the car, removing the subframe, exhaust and prop shaft to make way for a major upgrade. We then go all in — cutting into the chassis and installing a larger Motorsport-spec fuel cell. This isn’t just a modified road car — this is proper race car prep. The rest of the build is still to come — including a full subframe refresh, suspension overhaul, and lightweight carbon parts before the car hits the track.
