Created as a multifunctional home gym, relaxation space, office and hidden storage area, this project was designed to maximise internal height while staying within permitted development rules. Unlike a standard flat roof garden room, the dual-pitched roof creates vaulted ceilings with enough height for gym equipment, overhead exercises and a mezzanine storage level. The exposed timber beams, Thermowood cladding and anthracite steel roof give the building a premium architectural feel that complements the existing property perfectly.
