Let's Compare: Wizball - C64 vs. CPC vs. Atari ST vs. Amiga

This was one of my favorite games on the C64. It has an awesome cooperative multiplayer mode where one player controls The 'Wizball' and one player controls the 'Wizcat'. And yes, it's a 'Wizcat' and not a 'WizKID' ;-) Very unique concept that works really well! The CPC version has no scrolling and this ruins the game completely. Enemies appear randomly when you go to the next screen and often enough it's pure luck if you get hit or not. The Atari version is OK. It feels like they put some effort in it. It feels a little harder, but controls and plays OK. The Amiga version is just a lazy ST port. I was really disappointed by it as a kid. It could have been so much better on the Amiga...
