Finger Pain From Playing Guitar - Keeping Your Hands Healthy

A few weeks ago I started experiencing a lot of pain in my finger joints, and a little in my wrists from playing guitar ...All on my fretting hand. I started researching what I could do to fix this, and this video is some of what I've learned. I'm now feeling much better, and I'm still practicing with the same intensity. I hope some of this stuff helps you.
