Japan 2026 | Day 2 (LUT)

We kick things off the only way you can in Japan — a 7-Eleven breakfast (yes, it's as good as everyone says). Then we make our way to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden right in the heart of Sakura season, because nothing prepares you for how surreal cherry blossoms actually are in person. From there it's a detour through a photographer's dream at Kitakimura camera shop, before diving headfirst into the organised chaos of Harajuku and Takeshita Street. We grab a Doutor hotdog (underrated, trust us), then slow things down at the iconic Meiji Jingu Shrine — a completely different energy from everything around it. The afternoon takes us to Shibuya — crossing the famous scramble, digging through Tower Records, and heading up to Shibuya Sky for views over the whole city. We wrap the night with lemon sours, dumplings, and a very important taste test of Pinot and Coolish that absolutely needed to happen. Tokyo, you never miss.
