This was the final stretch walking alongside my girlfriend and brother before they had to pack up and head back home, leaving me completely on my own for the rest of this 3,000km expedition. Once they left, reality hit hard. The second half of the trek down to Rocktail Bay was a long, monotonous grind through grueling, repetitive coastal terrain. With no distractions, no signal, and nobody to bounce ideas off of, the mental game of solo thru-hiking has officially begun. This series documents the raw, unedited daily reality of beach camping, route navigation, and coastal survival as I attempt to traverse the entire edge of South Africa completely solo. #CamConquersTheCoast #SouthAfricaTravel #SoloHiking #iSimangaliso #RocktailBay #BhangaNek #ExpeditionVlog #AdventureTravel #SoloThruHike
