Indian officers, including Odia officer Ashok Dikshit, ensured the safe navigation of these ships despite potential threats in the conflict zone. Since the outbreak of the Middle East war on the 28th, four Indian vessels – Jag Basant, Pine Gas, Shivalik, and Nandadevi – have successfully crossed Hormuz safely.
