Today on Booze On The Rocks we make three Japanese Whisky cocktails with Hibiki Whisky. I used Hibiky Whisky which is a blend of three distilleries from the Suntory Brand. Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita and is a combination of malt and single grain whiskys. These three cocktails are a complete range of flavors. Simple to make and so very tasty. You can't go wrong. Build in highball glass in order of ingredients 2. Stir gently. 3. Garnish with an Orange Slice. THE BEAST 2 Sugar Cubes 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters 1 Cocktail Cherry 1 Orange Wheel 1 Lemon Wheel 1 Lime Wheel 2 oz/60 ml Japanese Whisky 2 oz/60 ml Ginger Ale Method 1. Add first 6 ingredients to the glass. 2. Muddle gently. 3. Add Ice. 4. Add remaining ingredients. 5. Stir gently. BLACK SHIP 1 Tsp/5 ml Lemon Juice 1 oz/30 ml Pomegranate Juice .25 oz/7.5 ml Port 1.5 oz/45 ml Japanese Whisky Method 1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin. 2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. 3.
