My Crosman 2250b Ratcatcher PISTOL!

This is my Crosman 2250b Ratcatcher that I modded into a 'pistol' (correct definition in UK law, short air weapon). I really like the aesthetics of the longer lower tube, matching the length of the Ratbuster 2240 barrel length at 7.5" I removed the shoulder stock, cut and crowned the barrel to 7.5" removed the hi-flo transfer port seal, and trimmed the hammer spring. It shoots around 400fps, dependant on .22 pellet brand and grain, and averages 5ftlbs - well under the 6ftlbs limit for 'short air weapons' here in the UK. REMEMBER! IGNORANCE IS NOT A DEFENCE! Only modify air weapons, if you know what you're doing, AND you understand the UK law. A short air weapon over 6ftlbs is PROHIBITED! (s5 firearm). A longer air weapon (rifle for sake of argument) over 12ftlbs would be considered a s1 firearm, requiring a FAC certificate. You must do your own research into the UK law...
