And the 100% pistachio ones are way too expensive. So I bought pistachios from Costco and made my own pistachio paste. It’s really nutty and delicious! Since you can lose some while blending, grind a little more than 150 g Measure out 150 g of pistachio paste for the recipe. 🌟 Toasted kataifi Kataifi 150 g Unsalted butter 50 g After toasting, you’ll end up with about 150 g 🌟 Filling Mix Toasted Kataifi 150g White chocolate 50 g Pistachio paste 150 g Pinch of salt Divide into 8 portions, about 42–43 g each 🌟 Marshmallow Base Marshmallow 150 g Unsalted butter 25 g Cocoa powder 20 g Milk powder (skim milk powder) 8 g Divide into 8 portions, about 22–23 g each If you use whole milk powder, use 5 g If you don’t have any milk powder, you can skip it 📣 Dubai Chewy Cookies can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
