Poland has been gripped by a strange civilization disease – CAR DRINKING. It affects some drivers. Those afflicted with this condition appear to be completely dependent on their cars as their only means of transportation. Often, disregarding regulations and the surrounding environment, they cause destruction of public and private property and endanger the health and lives of others, animals, and vegetation.
