Hessens Gau!
Hesse has a history stretching back many centuries, even millennia. During the late Migration Period and the early Middle Ages, the Gaue (districts) were also part of this history. While some of them, like the Wetterau or the Rheingau, are still known today, others have faded into obscurity over time. This video will explore the history and geography of Hesse's old Gaue!
