It feels like winter has finally begun—New York is completely frozen over. After the heavy snowstorm over the weekend, Manhattan turned into a white winter wonderland. I went out to Madison Square Park in the afternoon to enjoy the snow, and it was absolutely beautiful. Cold winter days always remind me of chili, a classic comfort food Americans love. It’s one of our favorite winter dishes too, so we make it often.
