Six years too late. Hi, I worked on this video so hard that I went on an accidental hiatus. This was the big December video I was hinting at. Hopefully, this cathartic analysis/essay thing is enjoyable to you guys. if not, new videos are in the work right now. December 20th, 2019, the release date of Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker. It’s been 6 years since the end of the Sequel Trilogy and, along with it, the end of the first era of Star Wars projects post-Disney buying Lucasfilm. It’s also been 6 years of constant fever dreams about Episode 9. So, to commemorate both the 10th anniversary of The Force Awakens as well as Star Wars' theatrical return this summer with The Mandalorian and Grogu, I'm going to talk about the one Star Wars movie I've never stopped thinking about against my will.
