Check out Blake doing the horns down gesture LOL I was lucky to hear the acoustic debut of this ‪@thecastellows‬ original song Sheltered in Cleveland more than a couple years ago. I sure loved it then:    • The Castellows - Sheltered (unreleased liv...   It is a great song with the full band arrangement too. Ellie does the introduction to this song (as she always) does explaining that this is a personal song about how they were raised and home-schooled. She says people would call them 'sheltered' as a put down on their upbringing. She always adds that upbringing made them who they are and supported them in playing music together too. Well we gotta love that! You can see how it worked out and how close the Ellie, Lily and Powell are sisters are, always supporting each other. And so what if they did not play school like (like Ellie says here). No biggie :) Back in Dothan during this song's introduction Ellie did say they were not the "cool kids" growing up but that was OK. 100 percent !!! Sometimes those "cool kids" just peak in high school LOL! Right? To me the Balkcom sisters are MOST DEFINITELY cool kids now :) You must go see these talented ladies and gents play live when you get chance. We fly south from Toronto to get to these wonderful shows - TOTALLY worth it. And we do a lot of sweet sightseeing seeing the south (like Ellie says they do on tour here in the introduction). We did not get into the Texas A&M stadium like they did but saw a lot in the Bush library like Springsteen's Nebraska 4-track recorder and his Born In The USA album cover threads and SRV's #1 strat !!!!
