Chassis repair and maintenance on a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander. At 195,000 km, we replaced the rear trailing arm and spring control arm bushings. Plus the camber control arms, including the bolts. Front stabilizer links and the right driveshaft inner boot were replaced. Also, while removing the right control arm bushings, it was discovered that the previous installation had been incorrect. The bushing was jammed in on the opposite side and tack-welded. This caused the hole to stretch, preventing the new part from securing. In this case, we had to coordinate with the owner to replace the control arm and immediately send a courier for a new part.
