It will be useful for you regardless of rating. I've chosen positions and games that are suited for any level. The goal for the first month is for you to learn how to analyze games properly. I will be positing a new routine at the beginning of each month! I will be focusing on chess and playing a lot of tournaments. My training began a couple of weeks ago, and I've been following the routine described in the video. Chess is fun, but chess training has to be difficult if you want to make progress. This training schedule is based on playing and analyzing games and complex positions. It will help you develop skills necessary for tournament play. It should take around 3-4 hours every day to complete all the tasks.
