LSU Champagne Fig: One of the best
This is a fig I've talked about in previous videos. A fig bred by Lousiana State University with Celeste in its parentage making it a fine fig for all of the east coast and the PNW. A must have here as it's productive, early and stands up to the rain like no other. Hidden from birds and only needs 3-5 days from swelling to be ripe. Very enjoyable. An 8/10.
