INGREDIENTS 125 g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) 70 g powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 130 g almond flour (about 1 1/3 cups) 90 g all-purpose flour (about 3/4 cup) 1/4 tsp baking powder For decoration: 1 egg white Sliced almonds Powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1. Beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and creamy. 2. Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. 4.
