"A CLICK AWAY FROM MEB VIDEO" PROMOTIONAL COCKTAIL The MEB Promotional Video Cocktail Party, held at Kahramanmaraş Science High School, was a great success with the participation of administrators, teachers, and students. Kahramanmaraş Science High School prepared the "A Click Away From MEB" video with the aim of popularizing and raising awareness among its students about the MEB platform, implemented by the General Directorate of Secondary Education of the Ministry of National Education within the scope of the Turkish Century of Education Model. In his opening speech, School Principal Mehmet ÇETİN stated: “MEB is a learning platform that is free and equally accessible to everyone, in line with the Turkish Century of Education Model; it can be used by a student throughout their school life and accustoms students to regular and conscious studying. In this context, our school, under the guidance of our Turkish Language and Literature teacher Mine DEMİR, prepared the "A CLICK AWAY FROM MEB VIDEO" with a group of students in a very short time, and our video will soon represent our city in Ankara.” We are here to celebrate this happiness with a small cocktail party. I would like to thank our MEBİ team and wish them success, and I also welcome you all," he said. Project consultant Mine DEMİR began by expressing her excitement and pride, and provided information about the process: “Although we occasionally use the MEB platform at our school, it was very valuable that our school was entrusted with participating in such a project of the Ministry of National Education from the province, and that this task was given to me at our school. Within the framework of the 'Turkey Century Education Model School-Based Activities,' we conducted extensive research on this platform in the classrooms I entered, involving students, teachers, and parents; we entered a process of preparing a short script to guide an informative text towards a literary text. In our research, when we saw that neighboring provinces were presenting similar projects to the public, we realized that this platform was not only a YKS-oriented individual study platform, but also that it would highlight the importance of students, especially those currently in 9th and 10th grades, learning about this application, given that the Ministry of National Education will be facing an exam in 2028 within the scope of the 'Turkey Century Education Model.' The fact that our students completed this video project with great care and diligence alongside their academic studies during the last exam week, and the support of their parents, made us very happy. This..." In this context, I would like to express my gratitude to my colleagues, fellow teachers, and administrators who have been with me at every stage of the "MEB Just a Click Away" video. Currently, our "MEB Just a Click Away" video will represent Kahramanmaraş in Ankara. May it be beneficial first for our school and then for our city.” Following the viewing of the MEB promotional video, the program ended with a cake cutting ceremony and photo session.
