If you enjoy slow living, cozy cooking, nature walks, and realistic home routines, I’d love to have you subscribe to Vera’s Slow Living Muffins (I followed this recipe but substituded the chocolate chips with crushed chocolate easter bunnies) 2 medium eggs 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of milk 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or any dried ftuits 400g plain flour tsp baking soda or powder; 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line muffin tray with paper cases. 2 Beat the eggs in bowl, then mix in oil and milk. Add the sugar and whisk until dissolved. Sift in dry ingredients and mix until smooth. 3 Stir in vanilla, fill muffin cases two thirds full and bake in middle of oven for 25 minutes.
