"Summer Days" don't get hotter than this! Bob Dylan and his band TEAR IT UP! Nov. 13, '02 in NYC.

This is among my favorite performances from an amazing show during a great tour. Dylan and the rest of the guys really go to town on a crackling hot version of "Summer Days" and all seem to be having the time of their lives - especially Bob. I can't think of another time I've seen him flash that many smiles in under 10 minutes. Being the last song before the encore, it's preceded by Dylan introducing the band at the start of the video. After a few seconds of dark screen at the end, it also includes Bob and bandmates taking in and acknowledging the crowd's cheers and applause. The video is actually one of the earliest ever posted on this channel. But that version was from a much earlier, lower-quality encode. This one has been upgraded to 4K through the "miracle" of Topaz AI video software. It's also benefited from a lot of work on color correction to fix the murky greenish cast of the older video, and some adjustments that have, I hope, made the already pretty good sound on the original version even better.
