Journey Started from Kolkata Station sharp at 9.05 a.m. by 12363 UP Kolkata Haldibari Super Fast Express A.C Three Tier Coach. Reached NJP at 10.00 p.m. Halt at NJP - Mahavir Lodge Near Netaji More. Next Morning journey started for Namchi at 8.40 a.m by Toyota Innova . Halt at Sevoke Bazar for Breakfast. Reached Namchi Chardham around 1.10 p.m. Paid Parking Fee of Rs.50/- and Entry Fee of Rs.50/- each. A sky high statue of Lord Shiva within the temple complex and four Jyotirlings :- Somnath, Mallikarjuna, Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar Jyotirlingas are the main attraction. Besides that there are several temples like Badrinath DhamTemple, Kedareshwar Dham Temple, Rameswaram Temple, Sai Temple, Jagannath Temple etc. Saffron Colour flags everywhere of the temple complex. Presence of Colorful flowers in the temple complex. Lodging facility is available near the temple complex. Restaurant cum Cafeteria is available there in the parking lot. We spent there almost one and half hour. Our next destination was Samdruptse Monastry just half an hour journey. Paid Parking Fee Rs.50/- and entry Fee Rs.50/- each. After half an hour we started for our day end destination at Hotel Ravangla Star just forty five minutes journey from Samdruptse Monastry. On arrival at the hotel in the late afternoon a gala reception offered to us. It was too cold and cloudy weather at Ravangla.
