A powerful and cinematic performance by the BLUE VANGUARD of Vinzons Pilot High School from Vinzons Camarines Norte, crowned CHAMPION at the 28th Pabirik Festival Drum & Lyre Competition (Secondary Level) held on January 25, 2026 at the Ginintuang Bulwagan, Paracale, Camarines Norte. This competition was organized by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Paracale in line with the celebration of the 28th Pabirik Festival 2026, a cultural festival rooted in the town’s gold-mining heritage and its historical development as one of Camarines Norte’s earliest settlements .
