100 Baby 1 Thing a Day Challenge - Ep 3 - When Everything You Touch Needs Repaired

Welcome to the 100 Baby 1 Thing a Day Challenge! We will be combining the 100 Baby Challenge that many creators have been doing with my favorite childhood challenge; the 1 Thing a day challenge where we only allow our Sim family to add one item to their lot per day. The full rule set I am playing with is at the end of the description if you would like to attempt this challenge yourself. I have chosen to make a few departures from the usual 100 Baby rules. Playlist -    • 100 Baby 1 Thing a Day Challenge - Sims 4   The Rules: The Mother must partner with a different Sim for each pregnancy Children's traits must be set randomly The fathers may not move in with the family Age up on age up day will happen after noon Infants will age up on age up day Toddlers may only age up early if all stats are maxed Children may only age up early if A student and complete aspiration Teens may only age up early if A student, atleast one skill to level 5, 1 positive trait and no negative ones Twins/Triplets must age up together Cake cannot be stored and reused across multiple days Young adult sims must move out by the end of the day they aged up (No keeping them around to help) Any money made by offspring and gifts given to them will be taken with theme when they age out No selling Gnomes and gifts No Hiring Help No Cheat Codes (except resetsim if needed) Food cannot be dragged into or out of the fridge, Sims must move it Family must stay together as much as possible If a public lot is used to accomplish a need or want and there is something purchaseable some money should be spent (like using the bathroom at a restaurant there is an expectation you buy food) Mom may get a job (but not an active one where we have to follow her to the job) but can only go when a teen is home to watch the babies/toddlers and must be able to go to the first day. If she gets a job she may only use the "standard" vacation days she earns (no extra days off for 3rd trimester or new baby but may take the default holidays off) - yes this is a departure from the usual rules but this equivalent to sending the kids to school since someone will still be home to watch the little ones. Each Teen may only have an excuse letter written for them once to cover for mom going to work If the Mom becomes an elder her youngest daughter will become the next Mom The mother cannot get married or engaged until she leaves the home as an elder If a child doesnt successfully become a young adult they will not count toward the 100 baby goal No Quick Sell No Selling Markup Only 1 item may be placed from Build and Buy per day (1 piece of furniture, 1 segment of wall, or one floor tile) Wallpaper can be applied once a room is complete (wallpapering whole room counts as 1 "item" per pattern used) Upstairs floors and walls must originate from a downstairs wall (no free floating floors) Cannot buy items from on lot items/cell phone unless that is the only way to get them (in example upgrade parts can be scavenged so they cant be bought from the computer, groceries can be obtained from the market stalls) Yearly Challenges - each year we will make one thing harder Year 1 - Weather off Year 2 - Basic Weather on Year 3 - Temperature Effects on Year 4 - Severe Weather Effects Year 5 - Off-the-Grid Year 6 - Laundry ect. Additional Goals (Beyond just keeping 100 kids alive) Paint each kids at all stages of life (babies with their dads) Keep 1 piece of art from each kid give all kids a knitted gift (ideally given on winterfest if the kid is there for one, otherwise on a birthday)
