After hundreds of requests for another gas-friendly yoga flow, I filmed a brand-new practice focused on relieving bloating, belly pressure, indigestion, and all those “too much fiber” moments. This one’s special because it features audible farts (yes, mine 😅) alongside real poses designed to help you stretch, breathe, open up and release (no matter where it comes from)!
