Barb's Awakening Journey - A Slow Walk Through Hell & With A New Found Stability

Barb underwent a significant transformation 12 years ago. Despite being financially secure and accomplished, she found herself using alcohol as an escape mechanism. She felt there was a pivotal moment that led her to confront her alcohol dependency and this also led to 95 pounds lost in excess weight, marking a profound personal transformation. However, Barb's journey then took an extreme turn when her daughter endured a car accident abroad, leading to protracted legal battles with 3 insurance companies, due to her daughter's injuries, which included brain damage. Despite the evolving challenges and emotional turmoil, Barb found herself oddly anchored and supported throughout this arduous trial. 6 years later after the court case, Barb had a revelatory experience that reshaped her perception of life, prompting a deep introspection into the events of 12 years prior. She has been looking into what happened to her exploring concepts like non-duality and other spiritual frameworks to make sense of the newfound stability, rootedness, and vitality she now embodies. Barbs reached out to me as she saw someone was sharing in a similar fashion to how she felt.
