WUXI Hanbird Electric motorcycle 6 month riding review and complaints

I purchased this Electric motorcycle from Wuxi Hanbird back in August of 2019. It shipped October 2019 and I received it November 2019. Unfortunately it had to be put into storage immediately due to it being winter and snowing. In March of 2020 I was able to charge it up and finally start riding it. In August 2020 issues started to surface. Then, the first week of October 2020 the bike had a catastrophic failure which threw me off while going 25mph. Back in March when the bike was fresh and new, I would have recommended it to anyone. $4k for an electric motorcycle that can go 75mph with a range of 50-60 miles. Thats not bad at all. But now, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! To stay away from WUXI Hanbird. Apparently, refunds and customer service are not a part of this company's model. Starting with the fairings, they wanted me to purchase new ones even though theirs had started falling apart for no reason. I have yet to get any response back about my frame breaking apart due to their bad fabrication, but I would not be surprised if they tried to sell me a new frame rather than taking responsibility.
