How do we harvest honey? | 2021 Harvest | Beekeeping

We try to publish a video every year showing our full honey harvest process. Harvesting honey isn’t an exact science and the bees sometimes throw us a curveball but we are constantly learning. The 2021 flow on the eastern shore was fantastic and yielded a great harvest for us. I’m just now published this in August and there is still a trickling of nectar around the apiary. We also are expanding to a few out yards to capture some more flow through the tough summer months. Overall we are very happy with this years harvest and hope you pull a few nuggets of information from the video.
