CATHY & ELLIOTT LEWIS "Joker Wild!" • [remastered audio] • SUSPENSE Radio Best Episodes

Producer-director Elliot Lewis comes up with a story about a comedian who wants people to take him seriously for a change. The problem is, he's played comic roles for so long, nobody can ever take him seriously. Therefore, he decides that he must do something dramatic! He goes out and picks up a girl, drives her up to the mountains, then shoves her off a cliff. Now he's done something pretty serious, but he CANT TELL ANYBODY! He tries to tell his friend (Cathy Lewis) but she doesn't believe him (therefore, he must murder her too . . . does that make any sense? Oh well) It's a weird story that will probably be entertaining, at least to those who are sick-minded. Sound quality is excellent. • From: December 8, 1952 Stuff . . . . . . and such: Elliott Lewis became known as "Mr. Radio," because of his talents as a radio producer, director, writer, actor and series creator.
