Seriously, you guys restore my faith in humanity!:) It is my shark week so that means it is time to maintain, that’s right the goal is to stay the same weight this week. There are tons of information out there about the importance of diet breaks in order to maintain a fast metabolism. I use My Fitness Pal to track my calorie intake and I do intermittent fasting (8 :16). I included a full macro-nutrient breakdown of the day, along with recipes on how to make really simple, quick meals for weight loss. This video is an example of what I eat during a diet break, I was aiming to eat 2,555 calories but I fell short. Tomorrow is the beginning of the 21 day dance challenge!
