CKD Stage 3: What It Means & What Happens Next

CKD Stage 3: What It Means & What Happens Next Stage 3 kidney disease sounds frightening and I see patients every week in my office who have a new diagnosis. If you have been diagnosed with stage 3 chronic kidney disease there is a good chance your brain went to one word - dialysis. Luckily most people with stage 3 kidney disease don't end up needing dialysis. If you are just finding out about it, especially if it comes kind of shockingly and without any warning, I hope I can make it a little less scary. So watch this week's video and stay tuned through til the end. I will be talking about what stage 3 kidney disease actually means and how to do everything you can to keep that ckd from getting worse. And we are going to do all those things while making one of my favorite recipes for a Broccoli salad that was inspired by the unhealthy one you see with bacon and lots of mayo. You can find the recipe in my book which you will find the link below.
