🇮🇳 Is India Safe for Women? What You Need to Know

After spending months living in India on two separate trips, Meesh sits down on the rooftop of our apartment in Bangalore to share her honest experience as a woman living and traveling through one of the world's most diverse and fascinating countries. This conversation goes beyond a short visit or a typical tourist experience. Meesh talks about what it was really like living in India, adapting to daily life, navigating different environments, interacting with local people, and experiencing the culture firsthand over extended periods of time. During our time in India, we lived in and explored multiple regions, including Bangalore, Mysore, Coorg, Siliguri, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Sikkim, West Bengal, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. Our first stay took us from Bangalore to Mysore and Coorg, then through West Bengal and into Sikkim, visiting Siliguri, Darjeeling, and Gangtok, before returning through West Bengal. After leaving India and later returning for a second extended stay, we spent more time in Bangalore, Mysore, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, giving Meesh even more perspective on what it is like to live and experience different parts of the country. In this video, Meesh shares her personal thoughts on women's safety in India, female travel, cultural differences, daily life, and whether she could see herself becoming part of life in India after experiencing the country firsthand. This is not based on headlines, stereotypes, or a quick vacation. It is an honest conversation from someone who spent months living in different parts of India and experienced both the challenges and the incredible moments that come with life abroad. If you are planning to visit India, considering living in India, interested in female travel, or curious about what life in India is really like, this video offers a realistic perspective from someone who has been there and experienced it.
