Mango Blender Steam Cake (with Suji) Ingredients • Semolina 1.5 cup • Green cardamoms 2, only seeds • Saffron strands 1 pinch • Milk 1 cup + extra for later use • Sugar 1/2 cup or more to taste • Oil 1/3 cup • Baking soda 1 tsp • Baking powder 1 tsp Preparation 1. In a blender add semolina, cardamom seeds and saffron and blend to make powder. 2. Now add mango pieces, milk, sugar and oil. Blend until smooth. Cover the blender and keep aside for 30 minutes. 3. Meanwhile prepare steaming set up. 4. Also, line baking mould with baking paper. 5. Now check after 30 minutes, if the batter is too thick add more milk and mix. 6. Lastly, add baking powder, baking soda and blend again for few seconds just to mix everything up. 7. Pour the batter in the mould and place in the steamer. 8. Cover and allow to steam for 30-35 minutes. Now check with toothpick. If need be, bake for 5 more minutes. 9. Take out of the steamer and allow to cool. 10.
